The prices people are paying because of credit cards has risen. in 1995 it was 13$ on average in 2007 it was up to $28. the government want to make a new bill that will require credit card companies to give 45 days notice before charging, they hope this will make people more aware and responsible. i think its a good idea because alot of people have no idea whats going on so this will help people not give away money for nothing. it can really help those who have trouble managing money.
