Such a system is based on the premise of separating the state and business activities. Capitalists believe that markets are efficient and should thus function without interference, and the role of the state is to regulate and protect.

3. Governments realised that if they leave companies and business alone the spirit of buisness would eventually lead people to buying selling and fair prices. Governments realized they shouldn[t be so involved so many of them backed off and let buisness be buisness.
4. The invisible hand was the drive and force of both buyers and sellers. this invisible hand would lead to the best prices for both sides and create buisness taht was good for eveyone.
